What does your typical day look like?

Graebner states that his mornings often consist of a daily four-mile run around 6 am. Afterward, he consumes an enormous amount of caffeine. The morning according to Bennett Graebner, is a time where it feels that it belongs solely to him. If for some reason it’s disturbed he will often feel a bit off throughout the rest of the day.

How do you come up with your ideas?

Graebner attributes much of his ideas to things he sees on newspapers such as the New York Times or while listening to NPR radio or even simply talking to a close friend. However, the best ideas for any televisions producer will come from the people right in front of the camera. What ideas do they have? And how can Graebner help them accomplish that? (ENews).

What is one habit of yours that you constantly follow?

Bennett Graebner states that the one thing he will never do is be and or work for a jerk. He wants his actors and actresses to be working in a fun and enganging environment. Giving your best simply not to be screamed at may work in the short term but over time that person will contribute less and less and will never speak up.
