What JHSF and Zeco Auriemo Have Done for the Brazilian Luxury Real Estate Industry

When it comes to the industry of property development, Zeco Auriemo is quite a big name, particularly inside of Brazil. JHSF is a company led by him as CEO, and it has become quite a force not just within its own country of Brazil, but also internationally. Operating out of the beautiful Sao Paulo, JHSF has a strong focus on the creation of luxury properties, and that has become the company’s specialty.

One example of a property that Zeco Auriemo and JHSF have worked on outside of their home country is called Hotel Fasano, and it is located in Uruguay. It was 2010 when the property was finally wholly developed. Nearby, there is another property that they built, and it was a condominium tower of superb luxury. New York was also home to a JHSF property, and it can be found on 5th Avenue, right next to central park.

Shopping centers that are quite high-end have long been a key area for JHSF, and managing all of them is no easy task. Zeco Auremio has been the key player in a number of these malls being built. Some of them are Cidade Jardim, Metro Tucuruvi and Metro Santa Cruz. Shopping malls are quite central to the business model of JHSF, and there are also a number of commercial and academic buildings that the team has had involvement in.

Recently, Rene Caovilla, an Italian brand of footwear, began doing business and the JHSF property, Cidade Jardim. Mr. Auriemo was happy to welcome this brand with a celebration and an elite guest list. It was on Nicaragua Street that this welcoming event went down, and it was called their “Brasil Monaco Project.”
