Writing the Legacy of Hussain Sajwani

DAMAC is a public company, based in Dubai. It was founded in 1976 by Hussain Habib Sajwani and employs over two thousand people. The Engineering, construction and Architecture Company deals with the development of residential, leisure, and commercial properties in the Middle East. DAMAC has one of the best track records and to date has delivered sixteen thousand and above homes with a portfolio of over 44, 000 units. Early in the 1990s, Sajwani undertook the building of hotels to fill the gap and accommodate the swelling inrush of people coming to Dubai for business and trade. Additionally, he has expertise in the food industry, which has profoundly added to his ability to foster necessary attachments on international scales. During the operation Desert Storm, for example, Hussain Sajwani’s company was responsible for providing food services to the United States of America’s army.

Furthermore, during the same period, Dubai was experiencing the six years lift-off stage, when real estate was booming.

The two are renown real estate billionaires have collaborated in the past business deals and other social events like the New Year’s Eve celebration.
